Our delicious deep-fried meals are healthier than ever! Canola & Soy Oil, both Zero Transfat, are used for all our cooking and deep-frying. We use up to 40% Natural Whole Wheat, Oat Flour, and ground Flaxseeds in our batter for all deep-fried dishes, such as our ORANGE PEEL CHICKEN, SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN, and CRISPY HONEY SHRIMP & CHICKEN.
